Friends and Family Test Data -
Inpatients

Data from December 2020 onwards reflects feedback collected during the COVID-19 pandemic, and while implementing the new guidance after a long period of suspension of FFT data submission. The number of responses collected is likely to have been affected. Some services may have collected fewer FFT responses, or been unable to collect responses at all, because of arrangements in place to care for COVID-19 patients.

Further information on the new guidance can be found in the National FFT Review.
